Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5-Day Return Policy
Customer provides return shipping
We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (unless received damaged).
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Items without original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
